Take your rug outside and shake off any loose dirt, direct sunlight will cause the color of your rug to fade, vacuum with a non rotary type attachment, professional cleaning is recommended, spot cleaning can be done with cold water, mild detergent is not recommended.
Some notes before buying:
- Products need to folding for shipping, there will be folding marks, not a quality issue.
- 2. Since the size is manually measured, please allow a 1cm-3cm dimension difference.
- As a result of the production batch, the light intensity photography effect will have a color difference.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Approved returns must be sent to our return address in Vietnam. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately after delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items
Custom or personalised items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
EU customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU regulations.
